Motherhood is a wholly-transformative experience and, in all of it’s beauty, is also incredibly taxing and difficult, especially in our modern “do it all” world.
Many women feel discouraged by how isolating, confusing, exhausting, and identity-changing it can be.
If you are pregnant, postpartum, or a mother of any age or stage, and you’re struggling with it, you are not alone, and you don’t need to navigate it all by yourself.
I am here to help sort through the tactical, logistical challenges that come with motherhood, and to connect you with the right resources, from lactation consultants to pediatricians, occupational therapists to infant/family chiropractic care, to maternity and paid family leave planning specialists.
AND I’m also here to dig deeper and peel back the layers of “messiness” that seem to come up and quite frankly slap us in the face when we enter our era of mothering.
This is hard stuff. Our society and medical system is not set up in a way that adequately supports mothers and children. We all need help with this crazy life-altering and overwhelming transition.
The well-being of our children starts with us; we have to take care of ourselves in order to take care of them. I got you.
Let’s talk.
P.S. you are doing a great job, you cannot do it all, you are THE best mama for your baby, and YOU deserve the same amount of nurturance, love, and nourishment that your little one does.
